At Lightgor Lamp, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. This gives you the flexibility to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The item should be unworn or unused, with all tags still attached.
It should be in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned or exchanged, such as items damaged through misuse. Should you have any queries or concerns regarding specific products, please do not hesitate to contact us (email ). We shall attend to your enquiry as promptly as possible upon receipt.
Promotional items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For a faster solution, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. In this case you need to pay the corresponding shipping fee.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, please note that you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, and without justification. The item must still meet the criteria mentioned above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Return Fees
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. For manufacturing defects, product shortage, or shipping damage, contact us for reshipment. If items are missing from your order, inform us immediately for replacement.
For damaged packages, provide clear photos for our review, and we'll reship or refund. Submit clear photos to expedite issue resolution within 3 days of delivery. Please note: We accept returns, but they're not free. If there's a quality issue, incorrect/missing items, we'll refund or replace.
